DR TONI ROBERTS

An artist, designer and educator, I established Hatchling Studio in 2010 as a collaborative interpretation, design and public art consultancy. I undertook a range of major projects around Australia and in NZ, the most recent of which, Marram Baba Parklands signage suit, won the Better Future Design Award for environmental graphics in 2024.

My practice has expanded to include ceramics, with an interpretive art aspect. I make functional and sculptural works inspired by the natural world and particularly the aquatic realm.
